What is FREN?

FREN is a fitness accountability app for iOS. You set a weekly workout and calorie goal, invite up to 3 friends, and everyone's progress is visible to the whole group. The social pressure keeps you consistent.

When will the app be available?

FREN is currently in development. Sign up on our early access list to be among the first to get access when we launch on the App Store.

How do challenges work?

You create a challenge by setting your weekly workout goal and calorie target, then invite up to 3 friends. Challenges run for 1–4 weeks. Each member's daily progress is visible to the whole group in real time.

Is my data private?

Your workout data is only shared with the specific friends you invite into a challenge — nobody else can see it. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email us at support@frenworkoutapp.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
