- Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password.
- Fitness data: Workout logs, calorie entries, and weekly progress that you choose to record.
- Diagnostic data: Crash reports and basic device information (device type, operating system, and app version), via Firebase Crashlytics, to diagnose problems and improve the app.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Share your workout progress with your selected FREN squad members (only those you invite)
- Send you notifications and service-related communications
- Improve and develop new features
- Respond to support requests
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With your squad: Your workout progress is visible to the FREN group members you have invited or joined.
- Service providers: We use third-party services (such as Firebase by Google) to operate our infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account and its associated personal data at any time from within the app, under Settings. You may also contact us at support@frenworkoutapp.com.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
